Infancy Policy Leadership Circle Forming The New York Zero-to-Three Network announces the formation of a new initiative aimed at shaping public policy for infants and toddlers and their families in New York State : The Infancy Policy Leadership Circle. Building on the work of the Network's Policy and Public Education Committee, the Policy Leadership Circle will be a statewide advocacy voice specifically focused on babies and their families. The Network is currently recruiting professionals from all of the disciplines that focus on children under the age of 3, including health care, education, family support, early intervention, child welfare and the judicial system, and others. The goal is to create a voice for babies that is diverse and representative of all areas of the state.
